No alterations may be made to pictorial content, with the exception of framing modifications to emphasize the central motif. Any publication using data from the COMED has to be agreed with Fraunhofer ITEM. Furthermore, the source must be quoted and two free reference copies must be sent to the above-mentioned address.

Obligatory data are marked as such (e.g. with *). Besides, other data may be entered voluntarily.

The obligatory data are processed in order to identify the interested persons as member of COMED community. Data processing takes place at the request of the interested member and is necessary pursuant to the first sentence of point (b) of Article 6 (1) GDPR for the purposes mentioned for the performance of the contract and in order to take steps prior to entering into it.

We store the data we collect in the context of membership for COMED unless termination of your membership under Art. 6 (1) GDPR.
